Paper Templates
Download the template for your paper type. All submissions must follow the provided template format.
Submission Process
- Register your abstract on the Register page with your details, co-authors, and abstract text.
- Automated review evaluates your abstract for structural compliance and thematic relevance.
- Receive outcome by email. Accepted abstracts include a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) with payment details.
- Pay the registration fee (RM 212.00) via bank transfer.
- Submit your full paper (.docx format) with a screenshot of your payment receipt before 6 July 2026.
- Payment verification by the secretariat. You will be notified once confirmed.
- Publication pipeline — your paper enters the journal review process.
